With over twenty years of experience in emergency management, law enforcement, and high-threat protection operations, managing multilingual entities at the federal, state, and private company levels throughout numerous countries, Cris possesses a unique ability to bridge cultural and linguistic divides. His decade of service in the U.S. Army and other government agencies exposed him to high-threat environments and diverse cultures, where effective communication was paramount. This experience honed his skills in working with individuals from various backgrounds, enabling him to build strong relationships, overcome language barriers, and achieve successful outcomes. Cris delivers proven expertise in leadership, strategic operations, and instructional roles and is committed to public safety and security to ensure impactful results in high-stakes environments.

Luis Nebel
Director of Operations
Luis Nebel brings more than 30 years of combined military, operational leadership, program management, security, sales, and customer engagement experience to Delta Saber Inc. A retired U.S. Navy Special Warfare SEAL, Luis served 26 years in Naval Special Warfare, holding senior leadership and operations management positions throughout his career.
Following his military service, Luis built a diverse career in corporate and government-facing roles involving operations, program management, business development, quality assurance, training, and client engagement. His experience includes leading large teams, developing customer and vendor relationships, supporting contract development and negotiations, and managing complex programs across government and commercial environments.
At Delta Saber Inc., Luis focuses on government and strategic account development. He works directly with customers to build relationships, understand operational and procurement requirements, identify opportunities, and connect those needs with DSI's supplier and distribution capabilities.

Luis Nebel is a Co-Founder of Heroes on the Hill, a Minnesota-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans, first responders, and their families through mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and community engagement. The organization brings people together through its signature patriotic endurance challenge, where participants walk, hike, or run a one-mile course in honor of those who serve and those whose lives have been impacted by the challenges surrounding mental health.
Luis’s involvement with Heroes on the Hill reflects the same commitment to service, resilience, and community that he brings to his role with Delta Saber Inc. Through the organization, he continues to help build connections between veterans, first responders, and the communities they served while raising awareness and support for those facing mental health challenges.
Darren A. Hynek
Field Operations & Public Safety Specialist
A seasoned law enforcement professional with 34 years of service, including 17 years as a SWAT team member. Extensive leadership experience as both an entry team leader and sniper team leader. Former private security agent specializing in high-threat protective operations in Iraq. Recognized firearms and tactical specialist, with comprehensive experience as an instructor for both law enforcement and private security personnel.
Samuel Negus
Business Development Specialist
Samuel Negus is a U.S. Army combat veteran with a diverse background in military operations, information technology, logistics, education, and entrepreneurship. He served nine years in the U.S. Army, including two combat deployments to Iraq, where his responsibilities included Mortuary Affairs, information technology, accountability, logistics, and operational support.
At Delta Saber Inc., Samuel supports business development from opportunity identification through execution. He researches and identifies government and commercial opportunities, monitors procurement activity, supports supplier and product sourcing, and helps coordinate pursuit requirements. Once opportunities move forward, he supports purchase order fulfillment, logistics coordination, customer accounts, and administrative execution. His military and technical background brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to identifying opportunities and helping DSI carry them through to successful delivery.
